4 tablespoons Kikkoman® traditionally brewed soy sauce, for the fish sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil, for the fish sauce
white pepper, for the fish sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil, for the fish sauce
1 1/2 cups new potatoes, in slices
2 tablespoons butter, for the potatoes
1/2 cups Teriyaki Kikkoman® Sauce
2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped for the potatoes

Place the fish in aluminum, season with salt, pepper and ginger and steam for 10 minutes.
For the potatoes, in a pot melt the butter over medium heat and brown the potatoes for 2 minutes, season with pepper, and add Kikkoman® Teriyaki sauce, mix until everything is integrated, finish with chives. Reservation.
