Fish with Glazed Potatoes

  • 2 fish fillets
  • 1/4 ginger, for cooking fish
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Kikkoman® traditionally brewed soy sauce, for the fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, for the fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, for the fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups new potatoes, in slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for the potatoes
  • 1/2 cups Teriyaki Kikkoman® Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped for the potatoes
  • pepper, for the potatoes
  • white rice, To accompany
  • black sesame seeds, to decorate the fish
  • lemon, to decorate the fish

  • Place the fish in aluminum, season with salt, pepper and ginger and steam for 10 minutes.
  • For the potatoes, in a pot melt the butter over medium heat and brown the potatoes for 2 minutes, season with pepper, and add Kikkoman® Teriyaki sauce, mix until everything is integrated, finish with chives. Reservation.
  • In a bowl mix the Kikkoman® soy sauce with the sesame oil and pepper until incorporated. Reservation.
  • In a pan, brown the ginger with the sesame oil, add the chambray onion and the previous sauce, cook for 2 minutes and reserve.
  • Serve on an extended plate with the fish bathed in the sauce, decorated with black sesame and yellow lemon slices, and set the potatoes aside.
