4 tablespoons Kikkoman® traditionally brewed soy sauce, for the fish sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil, for the fish sauce
white pepper, for the fish sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil, for the fish sauce
1 1/2 cups new potatoes, in slices
2 tablespoons butter, for the potatoes
1/2 cups Teriyaki Kikkoman® Sauce
2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped for the potatoes

black sesame seeds, for decorating the fish
lemon, for decorating the fish

Place the fish on aluminum foil, season with salt, pepper, and ginger, and steam for 10 minutes.
For the potatoes, in a pot, melt the butter over medium heat and brown the potatoes for 2 minutes, season with pepper, and add Kikkoman® Teriyaki sauce, mixing until everything is combined, finishing with green onions. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix Kikkoman® soy sauce with sesame oil and pepper until combined. Set aside.
In a skillet, sauté the ginger with sesame oil, add the green onion and the previous sauce, cook for 2 minutes, and set aside.
Serve on a flat plate with the fish drenched in the sauce, decorated with black sesame seeds and slices of yellow lemon, and place the potatoes on the side.
