Place the fish on aluminum foil, season with salt, pepper, and ginger, and steam for 10 minutes. For the potatoes, in a pot, melt the butter over medium heat and brown the potatoes for 2 minutes, season with pepper, and add Kikkoman® Teriyaki sauce, mixing until everything is combined, finishing with green onions. Set aside.
