1 white fish fillet, (loin)
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic
3 lime juice
3 tablespoons lemon-pepper seasoning
salt, to taste
3 tablespoons mayonnaise, for the sauce
chicken broth, and salt to taste, for the sauce
1/3 cups water, for the sauce
Preparation

Fry the parsley with the garlic until golden.
Season the fish loin with Lemon Pepper.
Arrange the fish in a baking dish.
Add the lemon juice.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce and pour it over the loin.
Sprinkle the garlic parsley over the loin.
Bake for 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
