Fish with Parsley

Light and delicious fish with parsley that everyone will love.

  • 1 white fish fillet, (loin)
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons lemon-pepper seasoning
  • salt, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, for the sauce
  • chicken broth, and salt to taste, for the sauce
  • 1/3 cups water, for the sauce

  • Fry the parsley with the garlic until golden.
  • Season the fish loin with Lemon Pepper.
  • Arrange the fish in a baking dish.
  • Add the lemon juice.
  • Mix the ingredients for the sauce and pour it over the loin.
  • Sprinkle the garlic parsley over the loin.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
