Baked Cod Stew

Delicious and tasty baked cod, it is a perfect recipe for the Easter season. It is a rich baked fish, I always prepare it during Lent and my family loves it. It is perfect for adding variety to your fasting recipes.

  • 1 cup leek
  • 1 cup yellow ajíe
  • 1 cup tomatillo
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, mashed
  • 3 leaves bay
