Baked Cod with Oranges and Olives

This recipe is a delicious baked cod dish with oranges and olives. Although it is a dish you can prepare on many occasions throughout the year, I recommend it for Christmas dinner. Give a new twist to the usual cod for your holidays.

4 cod, fillets, remove the bones
1 1/2 teaspoons Maggi chicken bouillon
1 red onion, small, cut horizontally into thin slices
1 fruit, orange, cut horizontally into thin slices
1/2 cups green olives, seedless, cut into quarters
1/4 cups olive oil
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 475°F.
Place the cod in a baking dish and season it evenly with broth.
Top each fillet with onion slices, 1 slice of orange, and the olives.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
