Baked Fish in Paper

Try this delicious baked fish wrapped in paper, accompanied by spinach and mushrooms with a touch of olive oil and vinegar. You will love it.

  • 4 white fish fillets, like Nile perch
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, cut into 4
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 400 grams spinach
  • 300 grams button mushrooms
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegars

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  • Brush the aluminum with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the fish fillets with salt and pepper
  • Place each fillet on the paper. Add spinach and mushrooms on top of each fillet, and drizzle olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper on top.
  • Carefully fold the packets to ensure they are well sealed.
  • Cook on a tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
