4 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® precooked floured tortillas
4 fish fillets
150 Manchego cheese, grated
1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 cup white wine
4 cups vegetables, steamed
salt, and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
Place them in a baking dish with the cup of white wine.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C covered with aluminum foil.
Remove the aluminum foil and sprinkle with grated Manchego cheese and parsley, bake uncovered for approximately 15 minutes.
Serve with steamed vegetables and Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked Tortillinas®.
