Baked Fish with Cheese

Cheese goes well with everything, and fish is no exception. Enjoy this delicious combination, light yet filling.

  • 4 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® precooked floured tortillas
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 150 Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 4 cups vegetables, steamed
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place them in a baking dish with the cup of white wine.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C covered with aluminum foil.
  • Remove the aluminum foil and sprinkle with grated Manchego cheese and parsley, bake uncovered for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Serve with steamed vegetables and Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked Tortillinas®.
