1 potato, in squares
300 grams red bell pepper, filleted
extra virgin olive oils
pinches salt

200 grams green beans

4 seaweed, in very thin strips

Place on a baking sheet a bed of potatoes cut into squares.
On top of the potatoes we put the sliced pepper and green beans.
Season with salt, add the thyme and water with extra virgin olive oil.
Bake 30 minutes at 180 ° C (356F)
On the vegetables we place the fillets of fish adding salt and pepper and thyme on both sides.
Pour a little olive oil and a little wine.
We bake at 170 ° C (338F) for 20 more minutes, until we see the fish become tender.
Fry the seaweed in strips with a little water.
Serve the fish on a bed of seaweed with the vegetables as garnish.
