Cilantro Fish

Prepare this delicious and healthy cilantro fish. It is a very balanced dish as white fish has many benefits, as do the vegetables included. Its flavor is excellent and its texture juicy. Don't miss trying it.

  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt

  • Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  • In a baking tray, spread olive oil, place a layer with half of the coarse salt, cilantro, onion, and peppers.
  • Place the fillets on the bed of vegetables.
  • Add the remaining half of the salt and vegetables that you reserved. Drizzle a little more olive oil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish is slightly golden.
