Oven-Baked Fish with Granola Crust with Quinoa and Pistachio

  • 4 sea bass, (or any white fish)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 cup Kellogg's® ancient grains granola: quinoa, amaranth, and apple
  • 1/2 cups pistachios, chopped
  • 2 egg whites

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Brush the fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the granola with Kellogg’s® quinoa, the pistachios, and the egg whites.
  • With the help of a spoon, create a granola crust on top of each fillet, trying to make it even.
  • Bake for 7 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
