2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 cup Kellogg's® ancient grains granola: quinoa, amaranth, and apple
1/2 cups pistachios, chopped
2 egg whites

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Brush the fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the granola with Kellogg’s® quinoa, the pistachios, and the egg whites.
With the help of a spoon, create a granola crust on top of each fillet, trying to make it even.
Bake for 7 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
