4 fish fillets
1 potato, in cubes
300 grams red bell pepper, sliced
extra virgin olive oils
pinches salt
ground peppers
wine, fine
200 grams green beans
thyme
4 seaweed, in very thin strips

In a baking tray, create a bed of potatoes cut into cubes.
On top of the potatoes, we place the sliced bell pepper and green beans.
Season with salt and pepper, add thyme, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
On top of the vegetables, place the fish fillets, season with salt and pepper, and add thyme on both sides.
Pour a little olive oil and a little wine.
Bake at 170°C for another 20 minutes, until we see the fish is tender.
With a little oil, fry the seaweed in thin strips.
Serve the fish on a bed of seaweed with the vegetables as a side dish.
