Oven-Baked Fish with Vegetables

A delicious recipe for oven-baked fish with vegetables, the perfect combination for a complete dish, try it with your guests, they will love it.

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 potato, in cubes
  • 300 grams red bell pepper, sliced
  • extra virgin olive oils
  • pinches salt
  • ground peppers
  • wine, fine
  • 200 grams green beans
  • thyme
  • 4 seaweed, in very thin strips

  • In a baking tray, create a bed of potatoes cut into cubes.
  • On top of the potatoes, we place the sliced bell pepper and green beans.
  • Season with salt and pepper, add thyme, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  • On top of the vegetables, place the fish fillets, season with salt and pepper, and add thyme on both sides.
  • Pour a little olive oil and a little wine.
  • Bake at 170°C for another 20 minutes, until we see the fish is tender.
  • With a little oil, fry the seaweed in thin strips.
  • Serve the fish on a bed of seaweed with the vegetables as a side dish.
