If you can't think of how to prepare the fish, you will love this recipe. Salted fish is a fun way to cook fish, where you only need a whole fish, salt, and egg whites.

1.5 kilos fish, Ask at your fishmonger to only remove the scales and entrails.
1 bunch fresh parsley
4 egg whites
1 kilo table salt
1 kilo sea salt
white peppers

Season the fish with salt and pepper. Insert where the fish's entrails were located.
In a bowl, combine table salt and egg whites, stirring well until the salt is absorbed into the egg whites.
Pour the sea salt at the bottom of a dish where you will cook the fish.
Place the fish on top of the sea salt, covering it completely with the mixture of salt and egg whites, leaving no parts uncovered.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Once the thirty minutes have passed, remove the fish from the oven.
With a knife, break the edges of the crust formed by the salt in order to remove it from the fish.
Remove the skin from the fish, as it usually becomes very salty. Use a fork to serve, trying to do it gently.
