Sea Soufflés

Delicious sea soufflés, the perfect recipe for a delightful lunch or dinner. It’s a tasty preparation with seafood and egg whites, perfect for baking in the oven.

  • 7 surimi
  • 200 grams fresh salmon
  • 6 egg whites
  • pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • fresh thyme, to taste

  • Grease a cupcake mold with olive oil.
  • Remove the plastic wrap from the surimi, unroll them, and line the cupcake molds with these.
  • Mix the chopped salmon and egg whites. Season with pepper. Add this mixture to the cupcake molds.
  • Bake at 180 °C until the egg whites are cooked, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and check the cooking.
  • Cut very thin slices of baguette, brush with olive oil, and add thyme. Bake until golden.
