200 grams fresh salmon
6 egg whites
pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 baguette
2 tablespoons olive oil
fresh thyme, to taste

Grease a cupcake mold with olive oil.
Remove the plastic wrap from the surimi, unroll them, and line the cupcake molds with these.
Mix the chopped salmon and egg whites. Season with pepper. Add this mixture to the cupcake molds.
Bake at 180 °C until the egg whites are cooked, approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and check the cooking.
Cut very thin slices of baguette, brush with olive oil, and add thyme. Bake until golden.
