Baked Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillet, with skin
  • 2 oranges
  • 190 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 20 grams capers
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 20 grams parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • In a container, squeeze 2 oranges, add a splash of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Marinate the salmon in this preparation in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (you can marinate it a day before and it tastes delicious).
  • Preheat the oven to 160°C. Sear the salmon in a pan (brown on both sides).
  • Return the salmon to the container with the orange juice and bake for 10 minutes.
  • While the salmon is browning, blend the cream cheese with a bit of parsley, capers, a splash of milk, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the salmon on a bed of cream.
