4 salmon fillet, with skin
2 oranges
190 tablespoons cream cheese
20 grams capers

20 grams parsley

In a bowl squeeze 2 oranges add a drizzle of olive oil and salpimenta.
Marina the salmon in this preparation in the refrigerator for at least 30 min (you can marinate it from a day before and it is delicious).
Preheat oven to 160 ° C. Seal the salmon in a pan (brown on both sides).
Return the salmon to the bowl with the orange juice and bake for 10 min.
While the salmon browns, blend the cream cheese with a little parsley, capers, a splash of milk and salt of pepper to taste.
Serve the salmon in a cream mirror.
