4 salmon fillet, with skin
2 oranges
190 tablespoons cream cheese
20 grams capers
1/4 cups cow's milk
20 grams parsley
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil

In a container, squeeze 2 oranges, add a splash of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Marinate the salmon in this preparation in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (you can marinate it a day before and it tastes delicious).
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Sear the salmon in a pan (brown on both sides).
Return the salmon to the container with the orange juice and bake for 10 minutes.
While the salmon is browning, blend the cream cheese with a bit of parsley, capers, a splash of milk, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the salmon on a bed of cream.
