Breaded Fish Fingers in Oat and Flaxseed

4 fish fillets, milk marinade
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cups oats
1/4 cups flaxseed
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lime, and lemon pepper
1/2 cups coconut flour
2 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons coconut oil, for frying
1/2 cups cream cheese
1 serrano chile, roasted, for the dip
1 bunch fresh cilantro, bunch cilantro blanched and drained, for dip
1 clove garlic, roasted, for the dip
1 tablespoon garlic powder, with salt, for the dip

Add to a bowl the oat flour, rolled oats, flaxseed, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon pepper. Set aside.
Coat the fish strips in coconut flour, dip in beaten egg, and finally cover completely with the oat mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with coconut oil, fry the fish strips until well cooked. Remove excess fat with paper towels. Set aside.
Add cream cheese to the blender with serrano chili, cilantro, garlic, and garlic powder, blend until completely smooth. Set aside.
Serve the fish strips, accompany with the dip, and enjoy.
