250 grams Langa® cod, boiled
3 potatoes, large
1/2 green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 red bell peppers, chopped
1 cup cow's milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cups flour
2 cloves garlic
pepper
1 egg, beaten

Boil the potatoes in a pot with plenty of water over high heat until they are very soft.
We make a puree and add butter and milk, mixing well.
In a pan with a little oil over medium heat, sauté the onion, garlic, and peppers for 4-5 minutes.
Add the Langa cod and mix well with the onion, garlic, and peppers.
In a deep plate, mix the mashed potatoes with the Langa cod.
Form balls with the cod mixture and first coat them in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Cook the balls in a pan with plenty of oil until golden brown and place them on paper towels to absorb the excess grease.
