Preparation
Put the potatoes to cook in a pot with plenty of water on high heat until they are very soft.
We make them puree and we add the butter, and the milk, mixes well.
In a pan with a little oil over medium heat brown the onion, garlic and peppers for 4-5 minutes.
Add the Langa cod and mix well with the onion, garlic and peppers.
In a deep dish mix the mashed potato with the Langa cod.
They make balls with the cod mixture and they are first passed through the flour, then through the beaten egg and finally through the ground bread.
The balls are cooked in a pan with enough oil until they are golden brown and put on paper towels to absorb the remaining fat.
