500 grams Langa® cod, shredded
2 white onions, cut into small cubes
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 jar Bogador® long chili
500 grams new potatoes
250 milliliters Sierra Gata® olive oil
1 handful table salt, to taste
1 handful ground pepper, to taste
150 grams tomato, cut into small cubes
1 can Excelencia® olive

Boil the baby potatoes in water.
In a skillet with 3 tablespoons of Sierra Gata® olive oil, fry the chopped onion, add the garlic, and finally the tomato until seasoned.
Then add the Langa cod to the skillet and a little more Sierra Gata® olive oil. Let it fry for about 5 minutes.
Finally, add Excelencia® olives, the cooked baby potatoes, Bogador® long chilies, salt, and pepper to taste.
