Cod for Christmas

  • 500 grams Langa® cod, shredded
  • 2 white onions, cut into small cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 jar Bogador® long chili
  • 500 grams new potatoes
  • 250 milliliters Sierra Gata® olive oil
  • 1 handful table salt, to taste
  • 1 handful ground pepper, to taste
  • 150 grams tomato, cut into small cubes
  • 1 can Excelencia® olive

  • Boil the baby potatoes in water.
  • In a skillet with 3 tablespoons of Sierra Gata® olive oil, fry the chopped onion, add the garlic, and finally the tomato until seasoned.
  • Then add the Langa cod to the skillet and a little more Sierra Gata® olive oil. Let it fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Finally, add Excelencia® olives, the cooked baby potatoes, Bogador® long chilies, salt, and pepper to taste.
