The flavor of this recipe will take you to the moment of the most important dinner of the year with your family.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 500 grams of cod Langa shredded
  • 2 pieces of White onion cut into small squares
  • 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 jar of long chili Bogador®
  • 500 grams of cambray potato
  • 250 milliliters of Sierra Gata® olive oil
  • 1 fist of table salt to taste
  • 1 fist of ground pepper to taste
  • 150 grams of tomato cut into small squares
  • 1 can of Excellence olive

    Preparation

    Cook the chambray potatoes in water.
    In a pan with 3 tablespoons of Sierra Gata® olive oil, fry the chopped onion, add the garlic and finally the tomato until seasoning.
    Then add the Langa cod to the pan and a little more Sierra Gata® olive oil. Let fry for 5 minutes (approximately).
    Finally, add the Excellence olives, the already cooked chambray potatoes, the Bogador® long peppers, salt and pepper to taste.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a platter, Garnish with olives and güero peppers and place on the table.

    TIPS

    The cod is soaked in water for two days before preparing it and rinsed every day to remove excess salt, once done, proceed to shred it. The products we use are of the highest quality and you will find them for sale and
