The fish is seasoned with salt, pepper, egg, breadcrumbs, a little cilantro, a clove of garlic, a quarter of a red onion, and mixed to form balls.
Roast the tomatoes together with the jalapeño pepper until they are charred and blend them.
Sauté the onion with the garlic, carrot, and zucchini.
Then add the blended mixture, enough water, and the shrimp cube, and bring to a boil.
Once it boils, add the fish balls.
Finally, add cilantro and a little more oregano, and season to your taste.
