Fish Carnitas SuKarne

A delicious variation to make white fish tacos with much more flavor and very crispy. Try them, you will love them.

  • 4 SuKarne® basa fillets
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 vegetable oil
  • onions, finely chopped
  • corn tortillas
  • salt
  • salsas
  • limes

  • Dry the fish with paper towels and cut it into small pieces.
  • Place the flour on a flat plate and coat the pieces of fish in the flour.
  • Heat a pan with plenty of oil and fry the fish until it is very golden.
  • Heat the tortillas and serve the tacos. Accompany with the salsa of your choice, lime, and beans.
