1/2 kilos fish fillet, (dogfish)
1 can beer
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
4 eggs
salt
lime juice
corn tortillas
1 cup vegetable oil

Add the flour, baking powder, eggs, salt, and beer to the blender. Blend until you obtain a thick, homogeneous mixture.
Cut the filet into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pot, dip the filet into the mixture, and fry it in the oil until golden. Remove from the oil and set aside.
Serve the tacos with avocado and lime.
