Fish Filet Tacos

  • 1/2 kilos fish fillet, (dogfish)
  • 1 can beer
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • lime juice
  • corn tortillas
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • Add the flour, baking powder, eggs, salt, and beer to the blender. Blend until you obtain a thick, homogeneous mixture.
  • Cut the filet into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a pot, dip the filet into the mixture, and fry it in the oil until golden. Remove from the oil and set aside.
  • Serve the tacos with avocado and lime.
