Tacos of fish fillet weathered with avocado. They are a delicious and economical option. They are also very easy to prepare and nobody can resist their taste. Prepare them.

1/2 kilos fish fillet, (dogfish)
1 can beer
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
4 eggs
salt
lime juice
corn tortillas
1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation

Add the flour, baking powder, eggs, salt and beer in the blender. Blend until a thick homogenous mixture is obtained.
Cut the fillet into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, submerge the fillet in the mixture and fry it in the oil until golden brown. Remove from oil and reserve.
Serve the tacos with avocado and lemon.
