Fish Fillet Tacos

Tacos of fish fillet weathered with avocado. They are a delicious and economical option. They are also very easy to prepare and nobody can resist their taste. Prepare them.

  • 1/2 kilos fish fillet, (dogfish)
  • 1 can beer
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • lime juice
  • corn tortillas
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • Add the flour, baking powder, eggs, salt and beer in the blender. Blend until a thick homogenous mixture is obtained.
  • Cut the fillet into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan, submerge the fillet in the mixture and fry it in the oil until golden brown. Remove from oil and reserve.
  • Serve the tacos with avocado and lemon.
