6 white fish fillets, of the Nile
6 tablespoons corn masa flour
1 onion, chopped
1 tomatillo, medium peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cups fresh cream, light
1 teaspoon light margarine
2 cubes chicken broth
1 tablespoon curry powder
cooking spray, to brown the fish

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them in corn flour.
Spray oil in the skillet, arrange the fish fillets until browned on both sides.
Sauce: In a pot, place the margarine and sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato.
Add the bouillon cubes, curry, parsley, and cream.
Mix well, let cook for a few minutes.
Serve the fish fillets drizzled with the hot sauce.
