Fish Fillet with Curry

Healthy recipe for fish fillet with Indian flavor. The curry has an intense taste that complements the fish very well.

  • 6 white fish fillets, of the Nile
  • 6 tablespoons corn masa flour
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomatillo, medium peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups fresh cream, light
  • 1 teaspoon light margarine
  • 2 cubes chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • cooking spray, to brown the fish

  • Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them in corn flour.
  • Spray oil in the skillet, arrange the fish fillets until browned on both sides.
  • Sauce: In a pot, place the margarine and sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato.
  • Add the bouillon cubes, curry, parsley, and cream.
  • Mix well, let cook for a few minutes.
  • Serve the fish fillets drizzled with the hot sauce.
