5 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
4 fish fillets, of your choice (fillets of approximately 150 g each)
1 pasilla chile, cleaned and deseeded, soaked in hot water
1 morita chile, cleaned and deseeded, soaked in hot water
1 guajillo chile, cleaned and deseeded, soaked in hot water
2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
1/2 cups onion, cut into medium cubes
1 clove garlic
1 cup water
4 teaspoons vegetable oil

Blend the chiles perfectly along with the tomato, onion, garlic, water, and teaspoons of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat with the oil, cook the fish fillets for 5 minutes on each side.
Pour the chile sauce over the fish and let it boil. Reduce the heat and cover. Cook for 5 more minutes.
