Fish in 3 Chile Sauce

Delicious fish preparation accompanied by a rich sauce made with pasilla chili, mora chili, and guajillo chili. Fish in 3 Chile Sauce is a spectacular recipe that is super easy to prepare.

  • 5 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 4 fish fillets, of your choice (fillets of approximately 150 g each)
  • 1 pasilla chile, cleaned and deseeded, soaked in hot water
  • 1 morita chile, cleaned and deseeded, soaked in hot water
  • 1 guajillo chile, cleaned and deseeded, soaked in hot water
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cups onion, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil

  • Blend the chiles perfectly along with the tomato, onion, garlic, water, and teaspoons of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth. Set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat with the oil, cook the fish fillets for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Pour the chile sauce over the fish and let it boil. Reduce the heat and cover. Cook for 5 more minutes.
