Fish Strips

  • 1 kilo white fish
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • cooking spray
  • parsley, finely chopped
  • hot sauce, for serving

  • Cut the fish into strips 2 cm wide and set aside on a plate covered with plastic wrap until ready to use.
  • Mix the eggs with the milk, mustard, soy sauce, and hot sauce in a bowl. Add the fish strips and refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap.
  • Pour and mix the flour with oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, and salt on a flat plate. Then, coat the fish strips in the mixture until completely covered.
  • Place the floured fish strips in the air fryer basket, spray them with cooking spray, and fry at 180 °C for 8 minutes.
  • Remove the fish strips from the air fryer basket using tongs and place them on the board, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with hot sauce.
