Fish Strips with Mango and Cucumber Salad

I saw this recipe from an aunt who lives by the beach, and it seemed perfect for hot weather, especially if you don't have much time to cook but want to eat healthy, delicious, and light. It is designed for two people, and you can add more ingredients according to your taste.

  • 250 grams fish fillet, in strips

  • In a large glass deep plate, combine the fish in strips, lemon, grapefruit, onion, 1 chili, and a part of the cilantro with a pinch of salt. Let it rest for half an hour.
  • In another plate, combine the cucumber, mango, 1 chili, and onion cut into small cubes and cilantro. Add the juice of one lemon and a pinch of salt and pepper.
