Fish Tacos Al Pastor

The classic tacos al pastor but with fish are delicious and a slightly lighter taco option with great flavor.

  • 100 grams guajillo chile, deveined and hydrated
  • 50 grams ancho chile, deveined and hydrated
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 grams white onion
  • 300 grams tomatillo

  • 50 cubic centimeters vinegar
  • 1 kilo fish fillet
  • salt
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped into pieces
  • 300 grams green onion
  • corn oil

  • In a pan, sauté the chiles, garlic, onion, tomato, herbs, and pepper. Add vinegar and blend.
  • Pour the preparation over the fillets and let marinate for half an hour.
  • Sear the marinated fillet in a pan previously cut into strips. Adjust the seasoning.
  • Cut into pieces and form the tacos, served with onion, cilantro, a very spicy salsa, and lime.
