2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 onions, cut in julienne
1 red bell pepper
500 grams fish fillet
200 grams zucchini
2 tablespoons chives
almonds, fillets and toasts
1 lime, zest

Heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion cut in julienne strips, the seedless pepper and cut into strips.
Flour and season the fish cut into strips.
Add oil to a pan and put the fish strips.
When the fish is fried, remove it from the heat.
In this same pan of fish, add the zucchini cut into sticks until they are sewed.
Add the fish to this pan and add the onion and pepper mixture.
To integrate the ingredients well, decorate with scallions and sliced almonds.
Sprinkle some lemon zest.
