Fish with Vegetables

This fish with vegetables recipe is delicious; pair it with rice or a nice salad. Everyone will love it.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 onions, cut into julienne
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 500 grams fish fillet
  • 200 grams zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • almonds, sliced and toasted
  • 1 lemon , zest

  • Heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion cut into julienne, the seedless bell pepper cut into strips.
  • Dredge and season the fish cut into strips.
  • Add oil to a pan and place the strips of fish.
  • When the fish is fried, remove it from the heat.
  • In the same pan from the fish, add the zucchini cut into sticks until cooked.
  • Add the fish to this pan and add the onion and bell pepper mixture.
  • Mix the ingredients well, garnish with green onion and sliced almonds.
  • Sprinkle a little lemon zest.
