2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 onions, cut into julienne
1 red bell pepper
500 grams fish fillet
200 grams zucchini
2 tablespoons chives
almonds, sliced and toasted
1 lemon , zest

Heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion cut into julienne, the seedless bell pepper cut into strips.
Dredge and season the fish cut into strips.
Add oil to a pan and place the strips of fish.
When the fish is fried, remove it from the heat.
In the same pan from the fish, add the zucchini cut into sticks until cooked.
Add the fish to this pan and add the onion and bell pepper mixture.
Mix the ingredients well, garnish with green onion and sliced almonds.
Sprinkle a little lemon zest.
