8 red snapper fillets
2 eggs, whole raw
2 limes
flour, for breading
vegetable oil, for frying

Sprinkle lemon juice on the red snapper fillets.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let rest for 10 minutes.
Then bread the fillets with the flour.
Dip them in beaten egg and then again in flour, and place them in a pan with hot oil to fry.
Cook over low heat so that the fish cooks evenly and doesn’t burn.
Serve with a delicious mashed potato and green beans.
