  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Then bread the fillets with the flour.
  • Dip them in beaten egg and then again in flour, and place them in a pan with hot oil to fry.
  • Cook over low heat so that the fish cooks evenly and doesn’t burn.
  • Serve with a delicious mashed potato and green beans.
