Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 red snapper fillets
  • 2 eggs, whole raw
  • 2 lemons
  • flour, to bread
  • oils, to fry
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Spray the lemon juice on the red snapper fillets.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let stand 10 minutes.
Then the steaks are breaded with the flour.
They are passed through the beaten egg and again through the flour and put in a pan with hot oil to fry them.
They are cooked over a low heat so that the fish cooks evenly and does not burn.
It is served with a delicious mashed potato and green beans.
