  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/3 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cream
  • 4 tablespoons salsa, Traditional Huichol®
  • 1 pinch fines herbs

  • Flour and sear the fillets in a pan with olive oil.
  • Sauté the chopped bacon with the onion and garlic.
  • Add the cream, Traditional Huichol Sauce ®, and the herbs to the bacon.
