1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons fresh cream
4 tablespoons salsa, Traditional Huichol®

Flour and sear the fillets in a pan with olive oil.
Sauté the chopped bacon with the onion and garlic.
Add the cream, Traditional Huichol Sauce ®, and the herbs to the bacon.
Coat the fish fillets with the bacon sauce.
