Fish in pepper sauce

Tired of preparing the fish in the same way? We present a dish that will surprise you, it is a rich fish in pepper sauce that does not take more than 30 minutes to prepare it.

  • 1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 3 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 red bell peppers, ginned and in pictures gdes
  • 1/2 tablespoons Maizena® cornstarch
  • 6 fish fillets, of your choice (100 gc / u)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cups leek, washed, disinfected and cut into large cubes
  • 1/2 cups cauliflower, cooked in water without salt

  • Fry the pore with the vegetable oil in a pan. Add the pepper and cook until it softens a little. Remove from heat, strain and remove oil.
  • Blend the pore and pepper along with the milk. Strain and boil. Dissolve Maizena® Regular cornstarch in a little water and integrate perfectly into the sauce. Boil a couple of minutes until it thickens. Add the cauliflower and boil for one more minute.
  • Fry the fillets in the separated oil, drain and serve. Bathe with the pepper sauce with cauliflower.
