Fish with Mustard, Lemon, and Capers

90 grams white fish fillet
2 limes
1 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
pinches salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
parsley, chopped to taste

Season the fish with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan and add oil. Once hot, add the fish at medium temperature.
In a bowl, mix the capers, mustard, and the juice of the two lemons.
Once the fish is golden on both sides, add the caper mixture. Cook for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Sprinkle a little parsley.
