  • 1 cube Knorr ® shrimp bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, Use Hellman’s® Mayonnaise
  • 780 grams fish fillet
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, Mashed

  • Mix the Knorr® Shrimp Bouillon cube with Hellman’s® Mayonnaise and garlic to form a paste.
  • Spread the fish fillets with the mixture and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Grill the fillets in a hot non-stick skillet, cooking for 5 minutes on each side or until the desired color is achieved.
  • Serve with white rice, corn, and broccoli.
