1 cube Knorr ® shrimp bouillon
3 tablespoons mayonnaise, Use Hellman’s® Mayonnaise
780 grams fish fillet
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 pinch black pepper
1 clove garlic, Mashed
Preparation

Mix the Knorr® Shrimp Bouillon cube with Hellman’s® Mayonnaise and garlic to form a paste.
Spread the fish fillets with the mixture and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Grill the fillets in a hot non-stick skillet, cooking for 5 minutes on each side or until the desired color is achieved.
Serve with white rice, corn, and broccoli.
