Marinade for Fish

When you want to prepare fish for your meal or special event, try it with this special marinade that will give it a very rich flavor.

  • 6 fish fillets, (nile, Asian or cason)
  • 1 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • pilgrims, and thyme
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic in oil Nature In®
  • 2 tablespoons Nature In® gourmet almond sauce
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the fish fillets and let them rest for 1 hour.
  • In a skillet, put olive oil and fry the fish fillets; once fried, transfer them to a platter and let them rest. In the same skillet, fry the marinade and add 30 grams of butter and 1 ½ tablespoons of flour to thicken it to make a gravy. Let it cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until it thickens.
  • Pour the gravy over the fillets and serve the fillets with a green salad.
