Marinade for Fish

When you want to prepare fish in your food or special event, try it with this special marinade that will give it a very rich flavor.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 6 Fish fillets, (Nile, Asian or Cason)
  • 1 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • pilgrims, and thyme
  • 4 tablespoons Garlic Minced in Oil Nature in® *
  • 2 tablespoons Gourmet Almond Sauce Nature in® *
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add fish fillets and let stand for 1 hour.
In a pan put olive oil and fry the fish fillets, once fried put them on a platter and let stand. In the same cold pan add the marinade and add 30 grams of butter and 1 tablespoon ½ of flour to thicken it to make a gravy. Leave it on medium heat for 5 or 7 minutes until it thickens.
Pour the fillets over the gravy, accompany the fillets with a green salad.

TIPS

If you want a little more flavor add 1 tablespoon more Gourmet Nature in® Almond Sauce.
