Mini Fish Burgers

All kids love hamburgers. If we make them with fish, we’ll have a very healthy and delicious dish.

  • 500 grams fish, type mackerel
  • 500 grams fish, type horse mackerel
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato, concentrated (small)
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

  • Chop the fish very finely with a knife and make a ball about the size of your hand.
  • Shape the burgers and store them in the fridge.
  • Cut the tomatoes in half, add a little salt, and sprinkle sugar on top.
  • Roast the tomatoes in the oven until they are nicely browned.
  • When they are ready, take them out of the oven and mix them with the can of concentrated tomato.
  • Blend everything well with a mixer and strain it to ensure there are no lumps.
  • If it’s not sweet enough, we can add a little more sugar.
  • Coat the burgers by passing them through egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them briefly in hot oil. Remove excess fat with paper towels.
  • Serve with mayonnaise or homemade tartar sauce.
