Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of fish jack mackerel
  • 500 grams of fish green type
  • 4 pieces of hamburger bun
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • 1 can of tomato concentrated (small)
  • 4 spoonfuls of brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • enough of ground bread
  • 1 egg

    Preparation

    Chop the very fine fish with a knife and make a ball the size of your hand more or less.
    Form the hamburger and store in the refrigerator.
    Cut the tomatoes in half, add a little salt and pour the sugar over the top.
    Roast the tomatoes in the oven until well browned.
    When they are ready, remove them from the oven and mix them with the tin of tomato concentrate.
    Grind everything well with a blender and strain it so that no lumps are left.
    If it is not very sweet we can put a little more sugar.
    Beat the burgers by passing them through egg and bread crumbs. Fry them a little in oil, it must be very hot. Remove excess grease with absorbent paper.
    Accompany with mayonnaise or homemade tartar sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    Introduce it with hamburger bun and ketchup. You can accompany it with a tranchete of cheese or any other companion that you like.
