The tomato is liquefied with onion and garlic, strained and sautéed in the olive oil until it is very well seasoned; add the oregano, cumin, broth and peppers and let it boil for 10 minutes over low heat; the fish and shellfish are incorporated, leaving it to the fire another 10 minutes, it is served immediately.
