2 1/2 liters fish broth, with bones and head, or chicken broth if not available
2 bell peppers, chopped into small cubes

500 grams octopus, cooked, peeled, and roughly chopped

400 grams squid, sliced into rings
300 grams snail, cut into slices

Blend the tomato with the onion and garlic, strain it, and sauté in olive oil until well seasoned; add the oregano, cumin, broth, and peppers, and let it simmer for 10 minutes; add the fish and seafood, leaving it on the heat for another 10 minutes; serve immediately.
