Red Snapper with Lemon

This red snapper is delicious when served with the lemon and parsley sauce; you must try it.

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

  • 4 red snapper, (200 g each)
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 lime, sliced

  • To make the sauce, mix the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, season, and refrigerate.
  • We need the fish, cleaned and scaled. You can request them this way at the fish market for frying. Dry them well with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and place the flour on a flat plate to coat the fish.
  • In a large skillet, heat the oil; when hot, fry the fish for about 6 minutes on each side, checking that they are well cooked. If necessary, leave them for a few more minutes depending on their size. Move the skillet slightly while cooking to prevent sticking.
  • Serve them on a platter and pour the sauce on top.
