Who doesn't crave a grilled fish? It's one of the most popular recipes in Mexico for preparing fish; it's really easy to make and requires few ingredients.
Clean the fish, cut it in half from the head to the tail, and remove the backbone.
Make cuts in the fish without completely piercing it, just enough to hold the sauce in place. Add lime juice, pepper, salt, soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic, mayonnaise, and top with the chopped bell pepper.
Place the fish on the grill and turn it over when you see that it has cooked on the first side.
