2 tomatoes
1/2 kilos smoked marlin
1 onion
2 Jalapeño chiles
100 grams Manchego cheese
1 bunch fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon butter
salt, and pepper to taste

Shred the smoked marlin. Set aside.
Place the butter in a pan to sauté the marlin along with the finely chopped tomato, chili, and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the marlin stew in each tortilla with a handful of grated cheese.
Brown each taco in butter (optional) or if you prefer, just heat the tortillas.
Once browned, bathe them with a flag sauce made with tomato, onion, and cilantro. Add lime to taste.
