Preparation
Discard the smoked marlin. Reservation.
Place the butter in a pan to cook the marlin together with the finely chopped tomatoes, chili, and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the marlin stew in each tortilla with a handful of grated cheese.
Dora each taco in butter (optional) or if you prefer, just heat the tortillas.
Once browned, bathe with flag sauce made with tomato, onion and cilantro. Add lemon to taste.
