Smoked Trout

Try a light and very rich recipe. It is a recipe for smoked trout that will be delicious and accompanied by a chile de arbol sauce.

  • lettuce
  • 4 trout fillets
  • limes
  • 1 tomato
  • parsley
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 2 árbol chiles
  • 1/2 cups sour cream

  • Heat a grill and cook the trout fillets.
  • Decorate the fillets with lettuce, lemon slices, tomato slices and parsley.
  • Blend the cream with the arbol chiles. Serve a little of this sauce next to each fish.
  • Accompany with toasted bread.
