1 kilo fish steak
8 carrots
1 onion
3 tablespoons parsley
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 little box chicken bullion
salt

Melt the butter and sauté the carrots and julienned onion.
When they are transparent, add the well-cleaned steak.
When it starts to brown, sprinkle flour and parsley.
Once the flour has taken on color, add the broth, salt, and pepper.
Place the dish in a double boiler until the meat is very tender.
