Thai cuisine is one of the most popular worldwide, as it captivates us with its mix of flavors and fragrant aromas. It is also characterized by using fish and seafood, chili, cilantro, and coconut milk.   • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Jif® Reduced Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Smucker's® Orange Marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and grated
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups peanuts
  • 500 grams white fish, in medium cubes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, in thin strips
  • 1 cup broccoli, cooked
  • 2 cups white rice, cooked
  • red chile, in thin slices, for garnish
  • cilantro leaves, for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix sesame oil, coconut milk, Jif® reduced fat peanut butter, Smucker’s® orange jam, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and peanuts. Add the fish to a bowl and coat with the sauce.
  • Place the fish on a tray and season with salt and pepper.Mix and add the bell peppers.Bake the Thai-style fish at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
  • Serve a layer of rice in a bowl, then add the broccoli and half of the fish. Garnish with red chili and cilantro leaves.
