Fresh Fish with Cilantro and Ginger

  • white fish
  • coarse salt
  • ground peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1/3 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • chives, chopped

  • Preheat the oven.
  • Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides and place it in a baking dish.
  • Add the garlic, ginger, cilantro, and deseeded chili to the food processor, along with the white wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Blend until it becomes a paste.
  • Pour the mixture over the fish. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Add the chopped green onion and cilantro on top of the fish.
