Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides and place it in a baking dish.
Add the garlic, ginger, cilantro, and deseeded chili to the food processor, along with the white wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Blend until it becomes a paste.
Pour the mixture over the fish. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
Add the chopped green onion and cilantro on top of the fish.
