1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 serrano chile
1/3 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cups white wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
chives, chopped

Pre-heat the oven.
Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides and place it in a refractory.
Add garlic, ginger, coriander and chili without seeds to the food processor, with white wine, soy and sesame oil. Mix until there is a paste.
Add the mixture over the fish. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until well cooked.
Add the chopped scallion and cilantro over the fish.
