Ingredients

2 servings
  • white fish
  • sea salt
  • ground peppers
  • 3 cloves of garlic peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger finely chopped
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 1/3 of Cup of coriander chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of White wine
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • scallion chopped

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven.
Season the fish with salt and pepper on both sides and place it in a refractory.
Add garlic, ginger, coriander and chili without seeds to the food processor, with white wine, soy and sesame oil. Mix until there is a paste.
Add the mixture over the fish. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until well cooked.
Add the chopped scallion and cilantro over the fish.

PRESENTATION

Serves over rice or couscous.

sabor delicado. Muy buena receta, aun si no tienes vino blanco y lo sustituyes con agua, sabe excelente.
