Fresh Tuna and Avocado Tostadas

This delicious recipe with Milpa Real Tostadas is a fusion of Mexican and Asian cuisine.

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 300 grams tuna, fresh, diced
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons wasabi
  • 1 lime, its juice
  • chives, for decoration

  • Start by removing the flesh from the avocado and placing it in a bowl. With a fork, mash the avocado. Add the wasabi and mix well.
  • In a skillet, sauté the garlic in sesame oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Add the soy sauce and lime juice and mix well.
  • Just before serving, take one tostada and spread a layer of avocado on it, then place another tostada on top and add another layer of avocado.
  • Mix the tuna with soy sauce and garlic and place it on the tostadas with avocado. Repeat with all the tostadas and serve.
